Requirements for ERC Certificate
For getting Export Registration Certificate (ERC) require to submit following
documents:
- Photocopy of Trade License
- Copy of TIN Certificate
- Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association (If Company)
- Partnership Agreement with Registration Copy(If Partnership Firm)
- Bank Solvency Certificate
- Main Copy of Treasury Challan
- Three copies photograph of Owner (If Proprietorship)
- Three copies photograph of Managing Director (If Company)
- Membership Certificate from Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and
- Industries or from Concern Business Association
- National ID/ Passport copy of Entrepreneur
